We had been shorted a pound in our original order and Lions Bay quickly sent it out to us along with some samples of other coffees and a very lovely note. I prefer a more medium to medium-dark roast, and this Oceanview Blend is genuinely one of the best ones I’ve had. And I’ve tried a fair amount of coffee from various roasters in the Lower Mainland. I enjoyed this blend so much that I cancelled my subscription from another roaster and signed up for this one. It’s that good. And the customer service is wonderful. They dropped off my coffee in a tote bag with a handwritten note. I mean, who does that? Thanks Lions Bay, you won me over.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service and product from Lions Bay Coffee Co. I saw them listed in a "support local" site and thought I'd give them a try based on the review. They delivered same day (within hours actually!) and with a personal hand written thank you note in the bag (all contactless) and also sent a follow up thanks via email. That is off the charts customer service. And the coffee is great tasting to boot! I will order again.
